eFur Medical Adoption
We saved Emma Peel from a kill room after some kids managed to put a cigarette out in her left eye.
Most people don’t want to hear that. We had to look at it and touch it for almost a year. Emma had to live it. Though she was “tamed” within a matter of months, it took her five years to find her purr.
Now she’s got a large tumor in her right ear. It would be easy to have it removed if we had the money for a vet. We’ve been through this with other cats a few times. Catch ‘em in time and it’s no big deal. Do nothing and that’s all she wrote. We’d be thrilled if someone would do a “medical adoption” and give her many more years of life.
I participate in a local free spay and neuter program with another neighbor, also a cat lover. I am a jewelry designer so I have an idea to present to you. Due to some health problems I’m not able to go on line each day, thus no web site. Living on limited social security, about all I can offer is this: In addition to your own line of jewelry, if I download photos to you, might you consider putting them on line and taking a portion of the profits for your furry friends needs? I have a wholesale license and may be able to provide you with better ear wires and posts.

People can be so cruel. I wish I had more to give. Emma is beautiful cat.
Thank you for the medical information you are providing on your blog. I think you would have more help and fewer cats here in the UK. I have never heard of so much cruelty to animals here. I am on a limited income or I would pay for Emma’s surgery. God bless you for caring about the animals. I will be praying for you and Emma and all of your cats.

i live in ireland and can’t imagine that sort of thing happening here either. how can someone put a cigarette out in a cat’s eye. she looks wary. i don’t blame her. poor kitty. good luck with her operation.
disgusting. i hate people sometimes. if i had a better job i would adopt emma. i hope she gets her surgery.
